The Long Beach real estate numbers for the week ending October 10th: Active listings: 1349 (1% change). Avg listing price: $432,000. Total properties sold: 33, which is a 22% increase from last week, but still down. Lowest price: $90,000. Highest price: $1,700,000. Average Sell Price: $324,000, which is a 21% decrease from last week. Days on market: 58.
We hope the total amount of homes sold in Long Beach, CA increases soon.

Mark’s deal of the day is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo 372 S Miraleste Drive, Unit 395, San Pedro, CA. The condo is approximately 1,100 square feet and it’s listed at $149,900. We’ll have a price in the next few days. It is currently the lowest priced condo in the complex and it’s also in move-in condition.
