Episode 16 – The Holiday 2010 Gratitude Show

Happy Holidays, Everyone!

It’s the end of the year show and we’re going to run down a list of people who have helped us to create success throughout 2010.

The Long Beach real estate numbers for the week ending December 19th: Active listings: Just under 1,200. Average listing price: $428,000. Total properties sold: 49. Lowest price: $84,000. Highest price: $949,000. Average Sell Price: $322,000. Days on market: 75.

Lending is getting harder and harder lately. The lending market is constantly changing and we’re helping our buyers adapt to the changes as quickly as we can.

Nationwide, home prices are up, but we’re not seeing much of a change in Long Beach, CA.

Now, on to the gratitude part of the show.

First on the list is our clients. We were recently rewarded the HUD Contract to be a Local Listing Broker for HUD. We want to thank everyone at BLB Resources, including Susan, Rod, Angel, C.J., Renee and Joy.

Next is Brighton REO, we’ve developed a one on one relationship with David, Charmane and Chrissy.

Coldwell Bank is also a client that helps us out on a continuous basis. Thanks Denise.

We want to thank Corelogic in Denver and Texas, including Angela, Beth, Bethany Scott, Bobby, Cindy, Carol, Casey, Cooper, Danielle, Dave, Debra, Debbie, Jason, Joseph, Kara, Karen, Kevin, Lois, Maria, Melissa, Meredith, Monica, Monique, Rob, Sarah, and Valarie.

Next is Green River Capital, we want to thank Ashley Blackham, due to have her twins last week.  Catherine, Crystal, Daylin, Dan, Don, Dustin, Dean, Mr. Bradbury, Jared, Jason, Kip, Michelle, Miguel, Rebecca, Rory, Russell, and Scott.

Over at Nationstar, we want to thank Jim Gallagher and Christina.

At Power REO, we appreciate the work that Nikia, Rosaline, and Danielle have done for us.

US Res another great company, we want to thank Garrett Mayes, Kimberlina, Amanda, and Barry, all good people.

All of these clients represent about 90% of our business.

Adam thanks his wife, Kim, and his kids, Aiden, Kade and Solenne.

During this segment, Adam sends thanks to his buyers. Tune in to the podcast to see if your name is on the list.

Mark wants to thank the Shandrow group team.

Starting with thanks to Adam Shandrow, his brother and co-host.

Next is Diana Medina, our newest buyer agent.

Also, their mother Mary Shandrow, who manages our accounting and expenses.

Mary Gilliard, our customer service agent.

Linda In, the backbone of the business for the last year.

Dan Bayliss, who takes our photos in the field.

Nicole Lomonaco-Sunde, who does our graphics and design.

Pamela Weir, up in Canada, who does all of our writing.

And Georgia Case, who helps with our press.

We have a well rounded team that helps us bring it all together.

Now we’d like to thank our vendors.  without these vendors, it would be extremely difficult to get anything done.

From Alpha Inspections, we want to thank Jack, Chris and team.

Hugo Lopez, from California Structure Inspections.

Holly Applegate, from Old Republic Title. She is fantastic.

Margorie from Old Republic Home Warranty.

Anchor Seaport Escrow, love the chocolates and the “Stimulus”  party going.

Anna over at Prominent Escrow, we appreciate your die-hard diligence.

Rick from Bank of America Home Loans.

And Mike Casso, Adam’s ace in the hole.

And finally, a big shout out to Harris Real Estate University, Tim, Julie and Rochelle, the entire HRU team.

For Mark, none of it would be possible without  help from his immediate family, his wife Karen, and his kids, Ava and Nolan. They all make things very easy.

Gina, Mark’s mother-in-law helps out around the household as well.

The entire Shandrow Family, including Adam and his family, help make all of it possible.

To finish off the show, Adam mentions his hopes for some clients and vendors in 2011.

Robert Strausas from Advantage Title 365, we’ll get something going in the new year.

Lisa, we will find resolution and get you that home.

Anna and Chris, we’ll get you in a home in the next 30 days.

Raju and Erica, we have some condos coming up.

Also to Irma and Alanso.

Good luck to Kevin Budde and the Bank of America Home Loan team. We’re very exciting about getting something rocking.
