Yeah, I know. It has been awhile since Adam and I have done a pod-cast. Part of the issue, is that we are extremely busy these days. REO inventory is quickly rising and the deals seem to be falling from the sky. Needless to say, we are extremely grateful for the opportunity we have before us.
